I、Employee’s Welfare
- Employees shall be insured by labor and national health insurance scheme.
- JSW has established an Employee Welfare Committee and allocates money which funds employee welfare celebrations and funeral subsidies, company trip subsidies, holiday festival bonuses and employee birthday parties.

- When a cash capital increase through new share issue, company will allocate a certain percentage of the newly issued shares to employees according to the company act.

II、Employee Pension Plan
- JSW’s Employee Pension Plans fully comply with the Labor Standard Act.
- In accordance with Regulations for the Allocation and Management of the workers retirement reserve funds, JSW contribute a certain proportion of amount employee salaries on a monthly basis to the pension fund. These funds deposited into the pension account of Taiwan Bank by the Labor Pension Fund Supervisory Committee.
