General Magnet Wire

On the surface of an extremely pure, highly conductive conductor, this type of wire is coated with either a single- layer or multiple- layer insulating varnish and baked into shape. Different varnishes and film thickness determine the characteristics and applications of the wire. Converting electrical energy into power is the basic material necessary for equipment such as heat, sound, light, vision, and automatic control. It is applied in motors, transformers, generators, telecommunication, automobile, auto-controlling equipment, home appliance, electronic apparatus, aerospace industry, etc.

Polyurethane Overcoated with Nylon Enamelled Wire (UEY)  B(130 ℃) MW28C 370~390 ℃
  1. Covered with nylon resin over the polyurethane film, makes the wire smooth enough for automatic winding. Higher abrasion resistance and deterioration resistance than UEW.

  1. Class F solderable polyurethane insulating film. The highest heat resistance among the same F-grade polyurethane insulating film.

Class F Solderable Overcoated with Nylon Enamelled Wire (SFBY)  F(155℃) MW80C 390~410 ℃
  1. Covered with nylon resin over the class F solderable polyurethane film, which make the wire smooth and the most suitable for automatic winding, high resistance to abrasion and heat shock.
  2. Colorable.
Polyester Enamelled Wire (PEW)  F(155℃) MW5C 不可焊
  1. This wire is insulated with a coating varnish which is mainly composed of general-purpose polyester resin made from the polycondensation of di-carboxylic acid and polyvalent alcohol.
  2. Poor hydrolysis resistance, should pay attention to the environment when using.
Polyester Overcoated with Nylon Enamelled Wire (PEY)  F(155℃) MW24C 不可焊
  1. Covered with nylon resin over the polyester insulating film, which make the wire smooth for automatic winding, high resistance to abrasion and deterioration.
Class F Low Temperature Solderable Polyurethane Enamelled Wire (LSFFW) F(155℃) MW79C 320~340 ℃
  1. Modified from general-purpose polyurethane resin, high heat resistance with low soldering temperature. Heat-resistant 155℃ low temperature solderable polyurethane insulating film. 
  2. Lowest soldering temperate among class F solderable polyurethane insulating film, suitable for fine wire (soldering process).。
Class F Low Temperature Solderable Polyurethane Overcoated with Nylon Enamelled Wire (LSFFY) F(155℃) MW80C 330~350 ℃
  1. Covered with nylon resin over the class F low temperature solderable polyurethane insulating film, which make the wire smooth for automatic winding, high resistance to abrasion and deterioration.
Low Temperature Solderable Polyurethane Enamelled Wire (LUW) F(155℃) - 340~360℃
  1. Modified from general-purpose polyurethane resin, heat-resistant 155℃ low temperature solderable polyurethane insulating film, which has high heat resistance with low solderable temperature.
  2. Especially suitable for the combination of litz wire below 0.15mm, good solderability and flexibility with less tin dross and pinhole.
