因應客戶端製程與產品較高耐熱之需求,開發耐熱等級180°C以上之漆包線,即為耐熱漆包線。 主要應用於耐熱線圈、變壓器、耐熱馬達、冷凍壓縮機、點火線圈、電動工具用馬達等。

  1. Improved heat resistance through polyurethane resin reinforcement, Class H solderable polyurethane insulating film, especially suitable for reflow soldering process.
  2. US: the lowest soldering temperature, suitable for soldering process of fine wire.
  3. HS: excellent to heat and humidity resistance.
  4. CS: highest heat resistance, the temperature index is close to 200℃
Class H Solderable Polyurethane Overcoated with Nylon Enamelled Wire (SFHY) H(180 ℃) MW83C 430~450 ℃
  1. Covered with nylon resin over the class H solderable polyurethane insulating film, which make the wire smooth for automatic winding, high resistance to abrasion and heat shock. 
Class H Solderable Polyesterimide Enamelled Wire (SFEIW) H(180 ℃) MW77C 450~470 ℃
  1. Modified polyesterimide (EI) has direct solderability and effective removing of insulating film at the terminal process.
  2. Solderable at 470℃

Polyesterimide Enamelled Wire (EIW) 200 ℃ MW74C 不可焊
  1. The main ingredient of insulating varnish is isocyanuric polyesterimide resin, heat resistant 200℃ polyesterimide insulating film.
    Excellent electrical, chemical and mechanical properties and widely used in heat-resistant electronic equipment.
Polyesterimide Polyamideimide Enamelled Wire (EIAIW) 200 ℃ MW35C、MW73C 不可焊
  1. This type of wire has a double-layer insulating film, polyamideimide is added to the outer layer of polyesterimide, with cracking kept to a minimum. 
    Excellent resistance to refrigerants and abrasion.
Polyamideimide Enamelled Wire (AIW) 220 ℃ MW81C 不可焊
  1. The main component of insulating film is polyimideimide which has higher resistance to heat, abrasion and refrigerant than EIW wire.
  2. With resistance to heat up to 220℃ and high resistance to overload, especially suitable for precision electronic equipment.
Modified Polyamideimide Enamelled Wire (PAIW) - - 不可焊
  1. Heat resistant 220℃ improved polyimide insulating film, which is close to PIW (higher than AIW).
    High resistance to overload, and especially suitable for precision electronic equipment.
Polyimide Enamelled Wire (PIW) 240 ℃ - 不可焊
  1. Higher heat resistance has been constantly requested in heat-resistant motors and aircraft electrical equipment; to meet this requirement, heat resistant 240℃ polyimide insulating film was developed. 
  2. Highest heat resistance among organic coated wires.
