Product Code Feature
Litz Wire(LZW)
  1. Resistance rise in the high-frequency area can be restricted compared to single conductor wire, thus reducing the temperature rise of coils.
  2. Excellent flexibility.
  3. Use of solderable enameled wire conductor is recommended so that the terminal of wire can be easily prepared.
Parallel-Laid Multiple Cores Wire(/BL)(/TL)
  1. Two or more signals can be transmitted simultaneously. 
  2. Core wires are colored for distinction.
  3. By being immersed in alcohol, wire ends can be easily separated.
Copper-Clad Aluminum Wire (-CAW)
  1. Light-weight 
  2. Higher tensile strength than aluminum wire. 
  3. The copper cladding gives the wire the same solderability and corrosion resistance as copper.
USTC Wire(USTC)
  1. By utilizing the insulation of UEW and artificial fiber, the interlayer capacitance will be lower to achieve outstanding performance at high frequency and increasing "Q" value.
BSTC BSTCL Wire(BSTC)(BSTCL)
  1. There is film of USTC coated varnish. Self-bonding layer can be formed by the use of hot air when winding.
  2. The wires can be bonded tight to reduce skin effect, and improve effectiveness of the Q value to be more stable.
  3. Due to film is coated with varnish, humidity resistance and insulation of BSTC are better than USTC, and the number of pinholes is also less. Winding process can be automated to improve productivity and reduce cost. It can replace self-bonding fiber covered multi-twisted enamelled copper wires (ULAP) of solvent type.
  4. This product is patented in Taiwan, Japan and China.
Aluminum Enamelled Wire (ALW)
  • Aluminum wire weights only less than one third of copper wire. ALW helps reduce the weight of coils.
  • The properties of its insulating and bonding films are the same as those of copper magnet wires.
High Tension Wire (HTW)
  1. Tensile strength is higher than copper wire
  2. The properties of its insulating and bonding films are the same as those of copper magnet wires.
  3. Same as copper magnet wires in solderability

Copper-Clad Steel Enamelled Wire (CPW) 
  1. With high tensile strength of copper and high electrical conductivity of steel, the copper-clad steel wire becomes ideal conductor.
  2. The high frequency characteristic is excellent.
  3. Colorable. The properties of its insulating film are the same as those of copper magnet wires.
  4. The copper cladding grants the copper-clad steel wire solderability same as copper wire.
Silver-Plated Copper Enamelled Wire (CSW)
  1. The surface of the copper conductor is plated with a silver layer, which has a better conductivity than copper.
  2. Colorable. The properties of insulating film are same as that of copper wires.
Stainless Steel Enamelled Wire (STW)
  1. Conductor is made of stainless steel, has an excellent tensile strength.
Super High Tension Wire (HT2)
  • Tensile strength is higher than HTW wire, has excellent bending resistance and long shelf-life.
  • The characteristics of insulating film, self-bonding film, and direct solderability are the same as those of enamelled copper wire.
N2S,N2D Wire (N2S)(N2D)
  • Coated an insulating outer layer after the enamelled wire and reinforced wire are twisted, which can reduce the skin effect and improve the Q value; hence, the Q value is more stable.
  • Excellent moisture resistance and insulating properties, can also improve the overall tensile strength.
Polyurethane Fully Insulated Wire (FXFIW)
  • The super high insulation film thickness – class H solderable polyurethane insulating film fulfill the needs of zero pinhole.
Anti-Surge Enamelled Wire (JSEV)
  • The enameled wire with anti-surge function can resist the erosion and damage of the corona on the insulationg film and prolong the insulation life of the wire.
  • Excellent adhesion, flexibility and high temperature softening resistance.
