Company Introduction 

Founded in 1971, Jung Shing has embodied the management philosophy of “Quality, Growth, Responsibility" to produce the highest quality magnet wires. Jung Shing is not only a leader in technique, quality, and company scale; but also, the only magnet wire manufacturer with the most complete wire applications in Taiwan. Through many decades of advanced technology, and combination of technology with the future development trend in the industry, we can supply customers a joint development or customized special products.

Upholding 50 years of fine tradition, the management team leads colleagues to pursue innovative value with the concept of integrity and result-orientation. Jung Shing successively obtained various quality and environmental management substance system certifications, such as SONY GP, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, IATF-16949, IECQ QC 080000. We not only complement the environmental policy of “Treasuring resource, concerning nature”; but also promote the action strategy of net zero carbon emissions. In addition, maximizing customer satisfaction with excellent quality and service; and providing customers with a full range of solutions and value-added services; thereby establishing supply chain based on partnership.

To strengthen its competitiveness, Jung Shing has established a network to fully integrate human resources, knowledge, and technique with enterprise operation and innovation. Everyone performs his own duties, creates a positive and virtuous circle, which can build a workplace with vitality, efficiency, and happiness. Enterprise must make progress from time to time. Only continuous improvement creates value through differentiation, and at the same time develops core competitive advantage from the Internet of Things to → Metaverse, fuel vehicles to → electric vehicles, automation to → intellectualization and other fields; joining hands with value strategic partners to achieve sustainable business goals.
