Stakeholder communication mechanisms. JSW has established routine communication channels, and occasionally holds meetings to identify vital significant topics to address stakeholders’ concerns. The relevant procedures are as shown below:
  1. JSW has appointed a deputy spokesperson who are responsible for the compilation and coordination of all substantial topics which may be of concern to stakeholders.
  2. If necessary, JSW will hold cross-departmental functional meetings as needed to report on stakeholder communication outcomes and reflect responses to major concerns.
  3. The relevant improvement results are disclosed through the annual financial report, the official website of JSW or the press release.
