Self-Bonding Magnet Wires

Self-bonding magnet wire is a copper conductor covered with two layers of coating films, which is thermoplastic or thermosetting resins over an insulating film of polyurethane (PU), polyester (PE), polyimide imide (AI) or other insulating resins. Depending on different wire type and processing methods, customer can choose self-bonding film which is suitable for their processing requirement such as: solvent type (dissolved with alcohol), hot air type (high and low temperature hot air heating) or electrified type (heated by electric current).
