I、Employee’s Welfare

The employee welfare system is set in accordance with the Taiwan Labor Standards Act, Labor Insurance Act, Employee’s Welfare Act and the relevant labor regulations. The employee’s welfare is following: 
  1. Employees shall be insured by labor and national health insurance scheme.
  2. JSW has established an Employee Welfare Committee and allocates money which funds employee welfare celebrations and funeral subsidies, company trip subsidies, holiday festival bonuses and employee birthday parties.
  3. Senior staffs enjoy not only subsides for traveling aboard, but also four official days’ leave (excluding weekend and public holidays)
  4. Holding company travelling every year.
  5. Offering bonus for the three important Chinese holidays.

  8. When a cash capital increase through new share issue, company will allocate a certain percentage of the newly issued shares to employees according to the company act.

II、Employee Pension Plan

  1. JSW’s Employee Pension Plans fully comply with the Labor Standard Act.
  2. In accordance with Regulations for the Allocation and Management of the workers retirement reserve funds, JSW contribute a certain proportion of amount employee salaries on a monthly basis to the pension fund. These funds deposited into the pension account of Taiwan Bank by the Labor Pension Fund Supervisory Committee.

III、High Quality Working Environment

Labor Safety and Health Management
To provide a safe workplace for employees, Jung Shing has established a Labor Safety and Health Committee. The Committee hosts periodically labor safety and health meetings to review deficiencies as well as making improvements to the workplace. We also irregularly gather occupational safety and health information, and post hazard warning signs in the workplace. In addition, we provide protective equipment, (such as earplugs, masks, gloves, and safety shoes, etc.) and require employees to wear them in the workplace at all times in order to reduce occupational accident occurs.

IV、Sound Training Programs

 Training Policy
JSW commit to provide appropriate resources, so that all employees can obtain systematic and professional training and guidance, and obtain multiple technologies and knowledge to effectively perform company tasks, as a means of improving productivity. With reference to ISO10015 of the ISO9000 series, and the "Talent Quality-management System" (TTQS) formulated by the Labor Development Agency of the Ministry of Labor, through the PDDRO management loop, link corporate strategy and quality training to cultivate and develop professionals Guidance to promote a win-win situation for company development and employee growth.
