Risk Management

A risk management committee was established, with the general manager as the chairman, meeting every two weeks to review the problems that occur, and propose solutions and preventive countermeasures; there are currently 8 groups that operate continuously to ensure that various operational risks are minimized. The group assignments are described as follows:
  1. Anti-epidemic Response Team: Propose corresponding plans for any infectious disease that may affect the company's operations.
  2. Water Shortage Response team: In response to the unstable water supply in Taiwan, in order to ensure that there is no problem with the water source, a water saving plan has been launched.
  3. Power Restriction Response Team: In response to the possible shortage of power supply in Taiwan, implement internal power saving measures and sign a load reduction contract with Tai power.
  4. Shipping Response Team: In order to meet customer order requirements, review the production/shipment status of each subsidiary on a monthly basis, and adjust the response in a timely manner.
  5. Environmental Response Team: In order to fulfill social responsibilities, many environmental protection measures are introduced to reduce the harm to related people.
  6. Occupational Safety Response Team: For the safety of employees' traffic and work, they will promote work safety from time to time, and introduce medical and nursing care to check the health of employees.
  7. Fire Response Team: For preventive fire drills, and regularly confirm the effectiveness of firefighting equipment to ensure plant safety.
  8. Material Shortage Response Team: In order to prevent the international shortage of raw materials, resulting in no internal materials available or need to be changed and recognized, a team is set up to be responsible for the response.
